3. Registration & Access

- Trade Professionals Only: This event is strictly for trade professionals. We reserve the right to verify your trade status (e.g., requesting a business card) and to refuse registration to non-trade visitors or anyone under the age of 18.
- Badge Security: Your E-Badge is personal and non-transferable. Misuse of the badge may result in the cancellation of your registration.

4. Intellectual Property The content on this Website, including the "China Trade Expo" logo, sector icons, exhibitor lists, and market reports, is the intellectual property of Express Arab.

- You may use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., evaluating participation).
- You are strictly prohibited from copying our exhibitor lists for the purpose of creating competing directories or unsolicited marketing.

5. Visa & Travel Assistance For international visitors and exhibitors requesting invitation letters for Egyptian visas:

- The Organizer provides invitation letters only to support the visa application process.
- No Liability: The granting of a visa is the sole discretion of the Egyptian Consulate/Embassy. The Organizer is not liable for any visa rejections, travel delays, or associated costs.

6. User Conduct You agree not to use this Website to:

- Submit false or misleading information in the registration forms.
- Upload any viruses or malicious code.
- Harvest or collect email addresses of other users or exhibitors without consent.
